Practice self-care by bringing nature to you. In the Northern Hemisphere, we are in Autumn (Fall) season. It gets dark early and the temperature can get very cold. The next couple of days they will be snow and rain in some areas. One of us my have to stay indoors until the weather gets better. Bring nature indoors. Fresh flowers, Autumn wreath or a plant are some ways to elevate your mood and brighten your environment. Bright colors and positive scents can increase positive mood as well as increase relaxation. Get creative by making your own floral arrangement or crafting your own Fall wreath. Practicing self-care includes having positive emotional health.
