Stop Procrastinating!


Self-Care is manadory for your survival. Yes it is that serious! Life is about balance and when we don't have it it can be dangerous. Dangerous for our health (physically), Mentality and/or Spiritually. We have become accustomed to not caring for ourselves. Which has left us feeling numb to our feelings & ignoring what our bodies are trying to tell us. This numbness may have also caused other issues within ourselves. (I’ll leave that for another post). I’m going to stay on topic and walk you through creating & starting a self-care routine. Your first step is to think about it. Then the creating part is easier because creation begins with your mind. Think about the activities that give you joy (past or present). Think about the activities that relax you the most (past and present). Another key word for an idea for self-care routine “PAMPER YOURSELF”! Write your ideas & activititems down. Finally start what you create. Take one activity at a time. Schedule a Self-Care day once a month. Then schedul one one every two-weeks until you can comfortably have a self-care day once a week. #AJaSimms
